This 13-piece assembly is specifically designed for aerospace technicians who require a hand-held drill guide that ensures 90-degree accuracy on flat and contoured surfaces. By utilizing a 1/2"-13 threaded interface, the kit provides a secure, zero-play connection between the housing and the hardened steel bushings.
Complete Range: Includes 9 precision-ground bushings, from #40 (.0980”) for pilot holes to Size F (.2570”) for final sizing.
Surface-Specific Protection: Swap between plastic footpiece drill guides for composite panels and anodized aluminum footpiece drill guide for heavy-duty airframe structures.
