The WESKIT019 Aircraft Sheet Metal Countersink Kit is an essential for technicians countersinking in aerostructure manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance.

This kit contains 3 different microstops: WES596: A heavy-duty standard microstop with a nylon footpiece that helps protect the work surface when countersinking.a WES596-ER (Extended Reach): 2.75" skirt length for countersinking in restricted access areas, with a 3/8" cutter capacity. And a WES396-S: Our standard tight space microstop, suited to seat track and other limited access countersinking.

The countersink cutters included in this kit covers all standard size pilots, there are: 
- 9x W415 series 1/2" body diameter, 100°, 3-flutes, 1/4"-28, HSS cutters. with Pilot sizes: 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", #10, #21, #30 and #40
- 8x W415 series 3/8" body diameter, 100°, 3-flutes, 1/4"-28, HSS cutters. with Pilot sizes: 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", #10, #21, #30 and #40

The kit also includes two WES2528 drill extensions, one 1" and one 3" long which allows you to screw a countersink cutter into an extension and chuck it in a pistol or straight drill to use the cutter without a microstop. These extensions have a male and female 1/4"-28 threads on either side.
