The WESKIT020 Extended Reach Microstop Kit is made for technicians who need to countersink in restricted access areas, such as deep channels or junctions where there is too little clearance for a standard microstop or drill motor.
The kit consists of a single WES596-ER microstop with a 2.75" long nose/ skirt and has a 3/8" cutter capacity. The W415 series cutters included in the kit fits into the microstop, the specs are 3/8" body diameter, 100° cutting angle, 3-flutes, 1/4"-28 threaded, with variable pilot sizes: #40, #30, #21, #10, 1/4"
Extended reach: The WES596-ER reaches deeper into tight areas of an airframe.
Deep channels: Use it where a WES396 can’t reach, such as aircraft seat tracks with deeper channels.
