Microstop and Countersink Cutter Kit for Automobile Structural Countersinking

The WESKIT021 Microstop and Countersink Cutters Kit is made for countersinking rivet holes in preparation for installing countersunk structural rivets on GM vehicles. It is a collision repair and structural countersinking kit for auto body shops.

What’s in the kit:
- 1x WES596 microstop: A heavy-duty standard microstop with a 5/8" cutter capacity. It comes with a preinstalled threaded skirt with a nylon footpiece insert.
- 1x 59604-SCA straight cutaway skirt: Also called a half-moon skirt. It swaps with the preinstalled threaded skirt on the WES596 body, so you can countersink in hard-to-reach corners.
- 8x W415 series HSS countersink cutters: 1/2" body diameter, 100° cutting angle, 3 flutes, 1/4"-28 thread. Pilot sizes: 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", #40, #30, #21, and #10.
