The Wescon 596-ER Extended Reach Microstop is built to reach deeper into tight areas and hard-to-reach sections of an airframe, with skirts from 1.25 in to 5.00 in long. Skirt and cutter capacity pairings include 2 in with 1/2 in capacity, 1.25 in with 3/8 in, 2.75 in with 1/4 in, 5/16 in, 3/8 in or 5/8 in, and 5.00 in with 1/2 in. The 1/4 in shaft runs on dual ball bearings rated to 10,000 rpm with a heavy duty thrust bearing, integrated dust seal and solid stop, with 0.300 in of shaft travel and 0.0005 in incremental adjustment. Round, tri-flat and quick change shafts are available with 1/4-28 or M6x1 cutter threads.
