PRODUCT DETAILS

The Wescon 598 Series Microstop is a high speed, heavy duty microstop countersink cage with a 10 degree pivoting shaft that angles into hard-to-reach holes a straight shaft cannot reach. It shares the 596 spindle, dual ball bearings rated to 10,000 rpm, heavy duty thrust bearing, integrated dust seal and solid stop, with 0.300 in (7.60 mm) of shaft travel and 0.0005 in (0.013 mm) incremental adjustment on a 1/4 in shaft. Swivel shafts come in round, tri-flat (TF) and quick change (QC) styles with 1/4-28, M6x1 or M8x1 cutter threads, twelve skirt styles, and nylon, steel or phenolic feet.
