PRODUCT DETAILS

The Wescon 599 Series Microstop is the stainless steel version of the 598, a high speed, heavy duty microstop countersink cage with a 10 degree pivoting shaft that angles into hard-to-reach holes a straight shaft cannot reach. Stainless steel construction makes it more durable and corrosion resistant than the standard alloy unit. It has dual ball bearings rated to 10,000 rpm, heavy duty thrust bearing, integrated dust seal and solid stop, 0.300 in (7.60 mm) of shaft travel and 0.0005 in (0.013 mm) incremental adjustment on a 1/4 in shaft. Swivel shafts are offered in round, tri-flat (TF) and quick change (QC) styles with 1/4-28, M6x1 or M8x1 cutter threads, twelve skirt styles, and nylon, steel or phenolic feet.
