Heavy-Duty Microstop & Countersink Kit with Additional Footpiece Options and 9 Cutters
The WESKIT004 combines a heavy-duty microstop countersink cage with nine HSS piloted cutters. It includes straight, flanged, and threaded skirts, plus nylon, phenolic, and steel footpieces to protect finished panels while the cage holds depth. Suitable for countersinking on aerostructures.

The WESKIT004 puts a WES596-S microstop together with the skirts, feet and cutters most airframe countersinking jobs need. The straight skirt comes on the cage. The flange skirt and external thread skirt swap on for different access, and the threaded skirt takes a nylon, phenolic or steel foot.
By featuring three interchangeable skirt profiles (straight, flange, and external threaded) alongside a trio of specialized footpieces (Nylon, Phenolic, and Steel), production engineers can perfectly match the tool to the exact application. This ensures strict, repeatable depth control while completely eliminating surface scoring and tooling marks on delicate clad aluminum and composite panels. To complete the setup, the kit includes a 9-piece set of precision W415 countersink cutters with integrated pilots.
