PRODUCT DETAILS
A threaded drill bar takes threaded drill bushings instead of slip bushings. The Wescon WES5900 fits WES5501 or any standard 3/8-16 OD threaded bushing and WES5502 or any 1/2-13 OD threaded bushing. The bushing screws in, so there is no set screw to loosen and no bushing to drop out of the snatch block on the shop floor.
Clamp the bar through its slot, thread in the bushing size you need, set it over the hole and drill, ream or pull the hole. Anodized aluminum, half a pound, made in USA. Also called a steam boat.
