Egg Cup Bushing Holders and Mini Drill Guides
Egg cup bushing holders and mini drill guides hold a drill bushing perpendicular to the part for hand drilling on aircraft structures. Choose by bushing: WES5703 and WES5723 guides take WESSF slip fit bushings from 5/16 OD x 3/4 in to 1/2 OD x 1 in, and WES5720 egg cups and WES5620 mini guides take WES5501 3/8-16 and WES5502 1/2-13 threaded bushings. The WES5631 handle fits only the WES5621 3/8-16 mini drill guide, and the WES5632 handle fits only the WES5622 1/2-13 mini drill guide. The body is anodized aluminum, with an aluminum or heavy duty plastic foot, made in USA.

The mini drill guide has a smaller footprint for tight-clearance aerospace manufacturing and MRO work. The ergonomic egg cup sits stable on flat or curved work and keeps the bit from walking. Plastic or anodized aluminum footpieces protect the surface finish. Both guides hold hardened steel SF or threaded bushings for wear resistance and repeatability, and both are made in USA.
